Pancake Brunch

Wassookeag will be gathering all our supplies for a local food fest: chicken eggs from Cheryl, Duck eggs from Kai & Ryan, pancake mix from scratch by Amanda, and maple syrup from the silver maple in the back yard! Come celebrate the onset of spring (rain is good!) Bring fruits, or beverage if you like.

Women’s Gathering

We invite Wassookeag women and friends to join us for our first Womens; Gathering hosted at LongGreenHouse (5 Chapel) by Miigam’agan. Kate Hastings will open our gathering with a short tribal dance to link our hearts and energies together for the joyous journey ahead! Food Welcome, but come as you are!

UMaine Field Trip

Wassookeag students and parents took a trip to UMaine last Friday to learn about G.I.S., a program that  displays and analyzes geographic information. Fall Season Begins…

  with old and new friends. “For homeschool families, Summer begins in September,” says John Picone, a Wassookeag dad. To honor this special time for family, Wassookeag launches two weeks after the regular academic year. Woohoo!
